Your responsibilities:
- Monthly analysis of financial KPIs and coordination with the Business Line Managers
- Researching gaps between forecasts and actuals, while understanding and sharing their impact on the business with your stakeholders
- Coordinating the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Reviewing of the account reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis completed by the accounting team
- Monitoring and analysis of balance sheet accounts, anticipating risks
- Preparing tax returns, communicate with fiscal authorities and ensure tax requirements are respected
- Designing and maintaining internal controls related to internal finance activities
- Other accounting or administrative tasks are required according to the needs of the company

- Have strong analytical and technical skills
- Possess an excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications and relevant experience:
- University (Accounting, Business, Economic) degree and/or postgraduate education (CECCAR/ACCA student/certification is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience with financial statement analysis and/or financial controlling background
- Good Knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax legislation
- Good English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively at different levels throughout the organization.
- Previous experience in working with ERP systems; knowledge of Navision is a plus.
