Responsibilities:
With the use of skills, contact network and with the support of Accace experts (local and international) to move forward the advisory team!
- Management of the Tax team
- Coordination of the Legal team (this depends on the profile of the candidate and his/her preference);
- Generating new business
- Team motivation and development
Requirements:
- University degree (Economics / Law specialization)
- Courage and hunger for business
- Long term working experience in the Tax Consultancy business (participation in legal/ M&A projects is an advantage)
- Ability to cooperate and acquire new Clients
- Advanced written and spoken English, other language is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in managing advisory team is an advantage
